Information You Submit
A name, phone number, or address entered in a search form is sent to the third party that supplies those results. Our servers do not retain a copy of that query. If you contact us, we receive the contents of your message and use them to respond.
Automatic Technical Data
Standard hosting logs may record an IP address, browser type, viewed pages, and timestamps. We review totals to maintain the service and understand general page use. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics and advertising measurement where applicable.
How We Use Limited Data
We use it to operate the service, diagnose faults, measure traffic, and improve content. We neither sell visitor lists nor create individual visitor profiles.
Links to Other Websites
We link out to county and state records portals, library collections, archives, and third-party search tools. Their privacy policies, not ours, govern what you submit there. That is especially true of the sponsored search results, which a third-party company provides.
Who Might See Your Data
The service providers that host and support the site process server logs for us. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We disclose data when a valid legal process requires it, and not otherwise.
How We Protect Your Data
The site runs over an encrypted connection and logs are kept only as long as the purposes above need them. There are no accounts here, so no password or profile of yours exists on this site to be exposed.
Users Under 18
The site is meant for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Data Rights
Rights to access, correct, or delete site-held data vary by residence. Florida's Digital Bill of Rights, sections 501.701 through 501.722, applies only to narrowly defined large controllers and is not a universal public-record deletion right. Because we retain very little, a request usually means checking our contact mailbox and available logs. Use the Contact page to ask. Records held by Florida, Monroe County, or Key West remain under the custodian's control.
Updates to This Policy
Any change to this policy will be posted on this page. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
